RESPONSIBILITIES & MANDATES
- Cook and performance dishes in a timely matter
- Performing preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.
- Weigh and measure ingredients, wrapping, date-labeling and storing food items.
- Following guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and request.
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean at all times.
