Are you a social and digital media savvy that likes to transform consumers digital behaviour insights into action plans? Do you also want to work with brands that really makes an impact on our environment? Read on!

The digital landscape is in a constant change and we want to stay on top of it! For this reason, we are now looking for a Social Media Specialist who are passionate about the many possibilities this specific media channel brings.
You will report to our customers Nordic Consumer Engagement Centre Coordinator and the position is located at our customers head office in Solna, Stockholm.

About the role

As the Social Media Specialist, you act as an expert in the area and drive our execution and tracking to the next level by being proactive in the way we work with social media.
You are responsible for posting, answering and surveillance of the social media platforms and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams.
This position includes daily contact with brand builders and agencies, giving them input on community response, scheduling on posts and uploaded content.
You will also be the one implementing the strategy and creative supplied by brand builders or agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an administrator for the company's brands social media communities
• Respond to consumer questions and interactions on the social media platforms.
• Handle and register all consumer complaints
• Managing content calendar and posting for the social media platforms
• Create communications templates, personalized by local brand, promotion, language etc.
• Act as Social Media Business Partner to Local Marketing


• Preferably an academic degree in Marketing or communications
• Fluent in English, Swedish and Danish, both written and spoken
• Experience from working with social media
• Experience from working in a consumer service role is a plus
• Basic skills in InDesign/Photoshop or other editing software
• Basic skills in Social Media analytics/insight programs
