Talent Acquisition Partner, IT - AstraZeneca

We are now expanding our Gothenburg team with an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support Global IT.
The role is a 12-month fixed term position, which could be the start of a fruitful career at AstraZeneca.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with the Hiring Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Human Resource Business Partners to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely manner.

This will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, conducting direct sourcing activity, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.
This role is full lifecycle recruitment in a very hand on fast moving environment where your subject matter expertise will allow you to advise, coach and influence hiring managers to ensure best in class service delivery to the business and candidates.

You will build strong trusting relationships both with internal stakeholders and candidates and ensure both have a good experience with Talent Acquisition throughout the process.
Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement will also be key in this role.

You will work with 3rd party vendors on occasion for niche hard to fill roles but you will be targeted on a direct fill rate - utilizing our internal Talent Scout for senior hires and internal recruitment marketing teams for campaigns.

Essential Requirements

* High school or University degree within relevant area (Human Resources, Science, IT, Engineering)
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex global IT industry-based processes within a Talent Acquisition environment, successfully attracting and recruiting global senior candidates
* Extensive experience of managing Technical IT recruitment campaigns
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to leverage appropriate sourcing channels to source candidates directly.
* Ability to identify talent gaps and proactively build pipelines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment
* Experience of advising Hiring Managers on candidate sourcing channels, recruitment processes, methodology and diversity.
* Experience and strong skills in using tools and technology for recruitment - especially candidate search databases and applicant tracking systems
* Excellent communicational skills

Desirable Requirements

* Good knowledge of the local technology market around emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning
* Understanding of the local AstraZeneca science and technology competitor landscape
