We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team.
We are offering seasonal positions for summer 2024 at our rental station at Maura near Oslo / Gardermoen airport.
The Rental Agent will be responsible for pre-hire preparation of the vans as well as after rental check outs and damage management.
Also his / her tasks will be in customer service and support, general maintenance and simple repairs of the vans, basic office and computer work among other tasks.
This position invlovels customer service and requires you to be able to enjoy talking to people and interacting with them to provide the best service we can.

This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time physically demanding.
The candidate should be able to work quickly and efficiently as well as be able to prioritise on the fly and complete their tasks with minimal supervision.

Your tasks as a rental station agent will be:

• Hand over camper vans to guests
• Customer care / service
• Digital fleet and booking management
• Basic maintenance of camper vans
• Controlling and preparing camper vans before and after rentals
• Occasional driving & relocation of campers / cars
• Customer in-shop sales and Keeping shop stock full
• Occasional cleaning in ib busy periods
• Flexibility in work loads

The position will require the applicant to:

• Have fluent English (Mandatory)
• Have a driver's licence B minimum
• Preferably have a background in hospitality and/or tourism
• Have experience with customer service
• Have a basic technical understanding of cars
• Knowledge in using hand and power tools
• Know how to use standard office software
• Be a self-driven and independent worker
• Willing to learn and ask questions with a "Can do" attitude
• Have a willingness to work with flexible hours
• Be physically fit and capable of demanding tasks
