Position Summary:

As the Nail Technician, you will be the driving force behind the salon's operations, and customer relations, while making use of your industry knowledge and extensive experience to our service offerings.
This role requires a blend of self motivation, customer service acumen, and technical nail care expertise, ensuring the salon operates smoothly and continues to meet our high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively take part in day-to-day salon operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Utilize your experience to perform nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and the latest nail care treatments.
• Ensure the salon environment is always clean, welcoming, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Assist in manage inventory and supplies to ensure the salon is well-stocked with the highest quality products.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a nail technician with a comprehensive understanding of nail care techniques and trends.
• Technical knowledge and skills in working with gel nails and gel products.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Knowledge of the latest beauty trends, nail care techniques, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
