Portfolio Manager &Other Stories

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our Growth and Expansion function at & Other Stories, a vital role for driving our growth- and brand journey.

You will be responsible within & Other Stories to strategize and develop expansion through physical stores as well as driving active portfolio management of the existing store portfolio.
In your role as Portfolio Manager you also contribute to our OMNI expansion (including brand.com and external sales channels) by always applying an OMNI mindset to our retail expansion strategy and growth plans.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Support OMNI growth strategy and planning

  • Set short- and long-term targets and give strategic support from a retail expansion perspective to Head of Growth and Expansion in connection to setting the overall brand growth strategy.
  • Follow up projects, identify key success factors and learnings.
  • Seek new business opportunities to enable growth.

Enable physical store growth and secure targets

  • P&L and overall KPI setting including sales and ROI, with an OMNI analysis as base.
  • Align market strategy and portfolio actions.
  • Define roadmap, ensure regions and expansion teams are aligned with & Other Stories’ expansion strategy, including pipeline, KPIs, and targets.
  • Finalize and evaluate each business case and P&L: location, layout, commerciality, financials, scope of works and investments, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • New market analysis, evaluate OMNI potential and strategic roadmap.
  • Lead and coordinate each project and new market within brand, markets and Group Functions

Portfolio management

  • KPI and portfolio analysis (new stores, consolidations, optimization, renegotiations, SP10)
  • Evaluate and set portfolio action strategies (renegotiations, consolidations) to assure they are aligned with brand market strategy and follow up outcome and execution.
