Job Description:
As a Business Controller, you'll play a critical role in the Medium Gas Turbines Service Business.
Collaborating with local and global teams, you'll lead financial and commercial activities for the Additive Manufacturing function.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing financial and commercial activities for Additive Manufacturing.

* Providing KPI measurement and trend analysis.

* Conducting financial analysis and performance measurement.

* Overseeing cost center budgets and trend analysis.

* Offering commercial support in capital investments, including ROI measurement.

* Monitoring inventory and working capital investment.

* Leading corporate governance of supply chain functions, including financial audit reviews.

* Assisting in defining and measuring cost-out targets related to Supply Chain and Additive Manufacturing.

* Providing corporate reporting.


Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

* A university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

* Deep experience in finance or business controlling, preferably with experience in driving change projects and industrialization.

* Strong analytical, curious, and structured mindset with a drive for simplification.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.

* Experience with SAP and MS Excel.

* Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View is advantageous.

* A growth mindset with a focus on solutions and a willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.
