Job description and key responsibilitiesDise is seeking a highly creative and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team.
As a UX/UI Designer at Dise, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products and make a significant impact on our user experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing intuitive and innovative user interfaces, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless product experiences.Your profileWe are looking for a combination of formal education, practical experience, and technical skills.
A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is benefitial, providing a foundational understanding of design principles and methodologies.
You should have a robust portfolio that demonstrates your design process from research to final execution, showcasing a variety of projects that reflect their skills in creating user-centric designs.Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is essential, as these are the primary means of creating and communicating design concepts.Technical skills should also include an understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis helps in making informed design decisions.
Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are equally important.A passion for design and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field are also desirable qualities.
You should have acontinuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes quickly.Excellent communication skills in English on a day to day basis.
