Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

The successful candidate will be able to apply their existing software and quality experience whilst learning and shaping how a global software business works end to end.

Your responsibilities 

  • Support the definition and implementation of the GPG Quality and CI strategy
  • Support the development and execution of the GPG Quality Improvement Plan
  • Support the development, publication and training of R&D processes and standards
  • Lead workshops and initiatives aimed at proactively improving the quality of ESS products and services
  • Analyze customer satisfaction results and lead/support improvement actions
  • Analyze COPQ data and lead/support improvement actions
  • Lead/support the definition, gathering and reporting of KPIs
  • Act as the Voice of Customer in internal discussions

Your background 

  • Ideally you hold a numerate degree and are comfortable analyzing numerical and non-numerical data
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • 5+ years working with software with a good understanding of how software businesses work
  • 5+ years of experience in process definition, particularly related to developing and delivering software
  • Experienced in setting and tracking KPIs relevant to development of software to high quality
  • Experience in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) particularly related to software issues
  • Experience in auditing for compliance and effectiveness
