Quality Control Technician
We are looking for temporaries for our Quality Control laboratory to cover the summer period 2024.
The duration of this assignment is 8 weeks plus 2 weeks for introduction.
Starting v 24.

The working hours varies in 3-shift, Monday to Friday.

Tasks
The lab evaluates every batch produced by the production and approves the batch before it is shipped from the Trelleborg plant.
The quality control evaluations involve physical tests of the wet ink, eg viscosity and particle size measurements, and also evaluation of ink printed on a substrate, eg colour strength and shade.


With our continuous improvement work in mind there are also possibilities to support with test method development, calibration of lab equipment and additional ink analysis.

In addition to performing the physical evaluations, the work involves a bit of administration, reporting the data in SAP.


Background and pre-requisites
An education in chemistry is beneficial, but not a must.
Previous experience in QC lab work and/or ink industry is a merit.
We think you might be a student at a University, looking for a summer job.
To succeed in the role you must master spoken and written Swedish and English languages.
As a person you are thorough with good attention to details and have an open curious mind.
