Job description

As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a central role in the production work at Norrdans.
You will be responsible for planning and resource allocation of technical work in close collaboration with the Artistic Director and Producer.
You will also lead and coach our technical team and be involved in recruiting external technical expertise.
The position offers an exciting mix of challenges and opportunities for you to grow and develop in your role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, solution-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are a communicative team player with a positive attitude and an eye for detail.
Previous experience in technical work within the performing arts and knowledge of new technology in the areas of stage, sound, and lighting are desirable.
Above all, you have a genuine interest in technology and want to be part of driving progress forward.

The working language with the ensemble is English, so it is important that you can express yourself in speech and writing in English.

A driver's license is a requirement.
