Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Architect to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Creation and ongoing refinement of a strategic Salesforce roadmap for the client, detailing key initiatives, timelines, and milestones to align with short and long-term business objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining the architectural direction for Salesforce implementation to maximize out-of-the-box features and minimize custom development.
• Mapping business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining optimal out-of-the-box solutions and necessary customizations to support unique client processes.
• Producing comprehensive business solution documentation, including process diagrams and feature lists, to illustrate how Salesforce functionalities meet specific needs.
• Developing architectural documentation to outline data flows, integrations, and data sources necessary for successful implementation.
• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and Agile Release Train teams to ensure alignment and maximize synergies.

What you bring:

• Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications such as System Architect or Application Architect.
• Proven experience developing and executing Salesforce roadmaps in complex organizations, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including a strong understanding of products, capabilities, and best practices.
• Strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in Swedish language to facilitate effective communication within Swedish-speaking environments.
