All about the role:

As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands, and quicker in identifying new market opportunities.
This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, and connectivity platforms.

We’re looking for a Design Lead to join us on our journey.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a design lead to join a tech, design, and product leadership triangle and lead a cross-functional, agile development team that builds the user experience for home appliances.
Historically the appliance industry has been all about hardware.
Your role would be to help us combine software with hardware to create meaningful, data-driven experiences for global consumers.

In detail, you will:

· Provide inspiration, direction, and mentorship for a small team of designers focused on the Care product category while balancing consideration for all product categories

· Deliver excellent UX to our customers, along with iterative updates, that deliver on the holistic software product vision via prioritized backlog items, hypothesis, and user stories

· Build strong relationships and ways of working with design, content, business, and engineering partners inside and outside the core team to efficiently deliver software products that are inclusive of the diverse needs of our users and represent our brands

· Foster design and research culture in an Agile development environment

Who you are:

· 8+ years of experience working in a lead role within a design, research, or UX writing team

· You have a thorough understanding of the creative development processes

· Vasta esperienza di lavoro con team interfunzionali e sistemi di progettazione per implementare i progetti in modo efficace

· Sei autonomo e organizzato con un approccio proattivo e collaborativo alla risoluzione dei problemi

· Sei un eccellente comunicatore in grado di articolare la logica del lavoro del tuo team

· Laurea triennale o esperienza equivalente
