What we are looking for:

OXE Marine AB is searching for a new positive and enthusiastic colleague to our sales organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer at HQ in Ängelholm.

  • Have experience and a proven track record with sales administration
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have the ability to speak and write English, additional languages seen as a bonus
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness
  • Be able to communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have an interest in innovation and technical products

What will you do:

This is a great opportunity to be a part in driving sales for the continued success of the business and you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Processing product orders using company’s ERP and maintaining customer order record
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
  • Ensure timely Accounts Receivables collection
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
  • Monitor competitor products, including their sales and marketing activities.
