About the job The Customer Data MDM VS is responsible for Customer data governance, continuous Customer data quality improvement and Customer data streaming for advanced analytics and offerings calculation via delivering MDM and AML/KYC IT solutions for Swedbank Group in close cooperation with Digital Banking, Group Data Warehouse and Product areas.
We have teams in Sweden and the Baltics.

Kärnan, a generic naming for our "Master Data System" in Sweden, is an important base for many applications within Swedbank and the work will involve contacts with many other areas and people within the bank.

In the role as Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team's efficiency, competence development and execution of administrative tasks related to the team.
In short – making the team an attractive place to work.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Swedbank's IT processes. You as a manager are interested in leadership, IT and business in a strong combination. 

Since the team has grown big, we will be recruiting two Team Managers.
The exact administrative setup will be designed in parallel with the recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Staff responsibility for your team
Optimize processes and ways of working
Coaching and support to your team
Manage training needs and budget
Ensuring adequate staffing and workforce planning
Manage operational risks
Ensuring competence for incident, problem and crisis management
Supporting APO with more technical IT knowledge and tasks
Secure internal IT processes are followed when it comes to service development and management
What you need to succeed People management & communication skills
Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
Proven understanding of hardware and software development
Significant work experience in IT area
Understanding of Master Data Management principles
Work experience in financial sector
Work experience with z/OS solutions
Work experience with building APIs
Work experience with Agile methodologies
Proficient in oral and written English
A relevant university degree
