Managers to Underwater Systems

Do you want to be a part of a growing business in the Underwater domain? Are you one of the business experienced managers who drives the growth in the Afters Sales area?

Your role

You will be managing a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to one or more products within the Business Unit Underwater systems.
As a manager in the After Sales area you will have an important role in providing world-class services to maintain our customers operational ability.

You report to the Head of In Service Support, be a part of the management team and work with related issues for all the BU in both short and long term.

The main tasks are:

* Line management responsible
* Contract/Customer responsible
* Management Team member
* Support to Market & Sales
* Maintain and develop our After Sales offer

Your profile

As a manager, you are working informally and have good ability to gain trust in the organization.
You have a well-developed business appreciation and focus on operative day-to-day work as well as having the ability to work strategic with a helicopter view.
You are driven by the challenge to lead changes where your ability to listen, engage and communicate will be used.

Required skills:

* Higher technical and/or business education
* Minimum five years of relevant experience in management
* Experience in Project and Program management
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written

Desired skills:

* Experience in after sales and customer support
* Experience from Military requirements
* Experience from Maritime installations

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

You will collaborate with engineers and professionals in a high-tech environment, continuously seeking for improvements and higher efficiency.
You will be a part of the Business Unit Underwater Systems who develop systems for both Military and Commercial maritime operations.
