IT Product Owner - Collaboration

Your mission

Your main responsibilities will be within the products for Power Platform and Tenant management and you ensure a portfolio that combines the necessary functionality and mix based on the requirements of our different business areas.
Working with roadmaps, planning and product lifecycle are important parts of your assignment, and you aim to increase the value of our services by actively collaborating with service managers, service architects and solution architects.
You also keep track of IT trends and make sure that we keep ahead, and as you closely interact with, and have a strong understanding for our business, you identify future needs and areas where we need to put extra effort to stay a first-class IT supplier.

In this role, you’re located at Sandbacka Park in Sandviken.

Your character

We’re looking for someone with broad experience from the field of IT, with a proven track record of managing in-house IT services and internal stakeholders.
You have a strong ability to understand and realize customer needs, creating roadmaps and discussing complex IT solutions, and previously operating in a global context is a benefit.
Experience from service delivery in a global outsourced environment is advantageous, as is experience with Office 365 services, license management, security frameworks, ITIL, service reporting and outlining business cases.
As we collaborate across cultural borders, you must also have excellent skills in English, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

Your structured and proactive approach, combined with your commitment to service, are your keys to success in this role.
