Production quality control employee is responsible for maintaining CELLINK quality standards by approving incoming materials and products for/from production and following documentation routines.
Equipped with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.


  • Quality inspection of materials and products
  • Following testing and documentation routines
  • Operating with calibrated equipment according to standards
  • Maintaining safe work environment by following standards, procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Accomplish organizational vision and mission by being an active member of the community and deliver results expected in the position given
  • Work as a high-performance team member by supporting colleagues and continuously improving ways of working
  • Effectively participate in changeovers and fast adaptation to new routines

Requirements and qualifications

  • A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Initiative and motivation for continuous improvement
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Orderly documentation recording and maintenance
  • Able to communicate and follow instructions in English

Bonus points

  • 2+ years of experience in production environment
  • Understanding of manufacturing and testing methods/procedures
  • Ability to explain and teach methodologies
