Shift Supervisor:
In this job, you really contribute to Starbucks' success by providing the legendary Starbucks service
to all guests.

The job is to create the famous Starbucks experience for all our guests by providing fast service, high
quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable department.

You are expected to act in accordance with Starbucks mission and fundamental values.

A Starbucks shift leader:
- Make coffee and other products of the highest quality, in busy and vibrant surroundings.

- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Starbucks culture, values, and mission, and
    is able to maintain the calm and overview of periods of high volume, or unusual events, so that the
    department always meets the expected quality standards.

- Discover the needs of the guests and the ward, by being curious and investigative, and also able to
communicate these needs well with their partners and leaders.

- Assists with the training of new partners by showing a positive attitude and by continuously
    communicating knowledge and encouraging coaching.

-  Delivering the legendary guest experience to everyone by acting with a "guest-come-always-first"
    attitude and by making good contact with the guest.

- Follows Starbucks concept's clear operational guidelines and procedures to ensure consistently high
    quality of products and guest experience.

- Always wants to develop themselves and the team around them to improve individual and collective     performance.

- Contribute to creating good well-being and a good working environment through attitude-creating work.

- Is self-propelled and results-oriented.

- Is a distinct service person.

- Is structured.

Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to learn quickly.

- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

Responsibility, authority and key tasks:
- Planning and execution of shifts.
