Do you want to optimize our existing marketing through statistical tests? Are you ready for a new challenge? H&M is looking for a Marketing Statistical Analyst to join our team based in central Stockholm.

The Customer Analysis team at H&M is part of the Global Marketing Department.
We work with customer data and qualitative research to optimize our offers and communication.
Our goal is to build a continuously growing and loyal customer base.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Statistical Analyst who will oversee measuring the value of our marketing through various statistical tests.
We primarily apply A/B and multivariate hypothesis testing in SAS to generate analyses that will support decisions and strategies related to campaigns and sales activities for different marketing channels.

In your role, you will
Be responsible for our tests and analyses to support strategic decisions within the organization
Oversee test processes from inception to communication of results
Conduct statistical analyses in SAS and build reports in Tableau
Present test results to different stakeholders
Contribute ideas for future tests
Take part in projects that require measuring the value of our marketing
Perform other types of ad hoc analyses regarding our customer base that arise within the organization

We are looking for a Marketing Statistical Analyst who is enterprising and results-oriented.
Test results are presented to many different stakeholders; hence it is important that you can cooperate with other business functions and present complex information in a simple and concise manner.
Most of the work is done independently, but you will also take part in different projects that arise within the organization.

We believe that you:
Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Have relevant higher education, including good statistical knowledge
Have experience working with a statistical program such as SAS, STATA, R, Python or SQL
Are analytical and able to work in a structured way
Have worked with the methodology and application of hypothesis testing
Have a creative mindset since you will develop ideas for future tests
